The thermal pools were a highlight during my stay! I loved the unique experience of soaking in both warm and hot water options, which truly elevated my relaxation. The suite was beautifully designed, and having a tap that provides geothermal spa water right in my room was an amazing touch.

Unexpected warmth in cool waters
Pam Thermal Hotel exceeded our expectations! As we soaked in the delightful thermal pools, we were treated to live music and traditional dance, creating an engaging atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay.
Our experience was marred by service delays at reception and occasional language barriers. some areas, including the changing rooms, could use improved cleanliness due to unkempt conditions. Despite these, the charm of the thermal treatments shines through.

The thermal pools provided a unique experience, especially with varying temperatures that were delightful. The room was lovely, clean, and modern. Having access to spa services was a nice touch, and the thermal spring was definitely the highlight of the hotel. the food quality at the buffet could use improvement, as it was just decent. I noticed that drinks required immediate cash payment, which felt a bit off for a hotel of this caliber. While the staff were helpful at check-in, their attitude felt quite formal during the stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel leaned towards quiet and austere rather than vibrant. Despite the clean amenities and enjoyable thermal baths, a more welcoming ambiance would enhance the experience for independent travelers.
